写真の女性はViejitoS C.C New MexicoのBOSSの奥様。

二年前の夏。

人生初の海外旅行が夢のLA。

そしてその初LAの旅がViejitoS 25th Anniversary。

本国のメンバーの人の温かさに感激。感謝。

言葉では上手く言い表せないくらいの忘れらない時を過ごしました。

25th Anniversaryでもたくさんのメンバーと触れ合ったけど、

宿泊させて貰っていたメンバーの家で出会った人達は特に心に残ってる。

そのうちの一人が上の写真の女性。

まともな会話は出来てなかったけど丸二日同じ時間を過ごしました。

彼女とのやり取りで一番心に残ってるのがこの場面↓

ViejitoSのtattooを入れた事にみんなが喜んでくれて、それがすごくいい思い出になってます。

On behalf of Sylvia Rivera, Viejitos C.C. Albuquerque chapter has opened a donations account to help relieve some of the financial strain for our dear mama in her fight against stage 4 lung cancer. There isnt any words that can express the ...pain Sylvia and her family are going through right now. We didn't have any warning or time to even adjust to the idea of Sylvia in this state. For those of you who have had the pleasure of meeting or know our special lady know how beautiful of a person she is. Its hard to imagine her like this, but we will continue to support her battle against this terrible illness. She was diagnosed on 6/8/12 and has recently began chemotherapy. Her medications and treatments are very expensive, and her family could use all the help they can receive in this tramatic time. Any and all donations will be accepted and greatly appreciated, no matter how big or small, every donation counts!
